Recreational Classes

Designed for girls and boys aged 4 and up, these classes emphasize the fundamentals of gymnastics while promoting motor skill development, muscle tone, and strength enhancement.

Competitive Classes

Starting at age 6, girls enter our competitive program and have the opportunity to participate in club, district, provincial, national, and international competitions. The experience gained from competition is a valuable life skill that can greatly benefit everyday life and routines.
